Property Condition Inspector

Join our dynamic team at House Buyers of America as a Property Condition Inspector! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our real estate acquisitions by conducting thorough inspections on residential properties. This is a unique opportunity for those who enjoy work that involves both hands-on inspections and supporting construction processes in the field.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Conducting detailed inspections and evaluating the condition of properties, identifying necessary repairs.
2. Creating comprehensive reports and capturing photographs of the properties.
3. Supporting our construction and settlement teams with various field tasks.
4. Overseeing punch-out items and documenting the construction process with photos.
5. Regularly inspecting homes to track project progress.
6. Installing and removing lockboxes and other marketing materials.
7. Delivering essential equipment to properties as needed.

About You:

• You hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• You possess excellent communication and computer skills.
• A license as a Home Inspector is preferred, but not required.
