As a key member of the AI Applications team, you will play an essential role in designing and building systems that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), information retrieval, reasoning pipelines, and enterprise data sources. You'll work alongside talented engineers in backend, frontend, and machine learning to ensure seamless user interactions that are both scalable and high-performing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance core components of the Oracle Chat system, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Create APIs, services, and integrations that connect AI models and enterprise systems seamlessly.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional conversational and workflow experiences.

• Ensure system health through observability, testing, and proactive monitoring.

• Engage in design and code reviews to improve system quality and maintainability.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

• 3+ years of software development experience.

• Proficiency in coding with Python, Java, or Go.

• Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing or integrating AI/LLM-driven applications.

• Knowledge of frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.

• Interest in distributed systems, observability, and performance optimization.

• A collaborative spirit, thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

Oracle offers a competitive salary range from $79,200 to $178,100 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
