About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our product organization. In this role, you will ensure that our product offerings are deeply informed by customer insights, executed seamlessly, and clearly understood in the market.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, creating structured flows for information sharing, feedback gathering, and priority communication. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating clarity in complex situations and enabling teams to work in unison towards shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Voice of Customer & Insight Alignment
    • Develop Voice of Customer Programs: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to create comprehensive VOC programs that establish tools, processes, and feedback mechanisms to capture customer insights that drive product roadmaps.
    • Develop Voice of Operations Programs: Work alongside Operations to gather and synthesize feedback, informing product priorities.
    • Centralize Feedback: Maintain a centralized repository for customer feedback and product requests.
    • Feedback Synthesis: Analyze trends in customer feedback and distill insights into actionable themes that guide product strategy and messaging.
  • Enablement & Product Readiness
    • Customer-Informed Enablement: Use insights from customers to craft enablement materials, ensuring GTM teams can effectively communicate customer challenges and our distinct advantages.
    • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate planning and coordination among Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to unify understanding of priorities and timelines.
    • Establish Product Planning Rhythms: Manage structured planning cycles (e.g., quarterly checks, roadmap assessments) to reinforce clear priorities and alignment.
    • Product Communication Frameworks: Create and uphold frameworks for communicating updates and progress to stakeholders transparently.
    • Help Tell the Product Story: Partner with Product Marketing to synchronize messaging and narratives around product launches and updates.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement
    • Ensure Organizational Readiness: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure ownership, training, and resources are prepared for new product releases.
    • Improve Product Team Effectiveness: Identify and address process inefficiencies that may hinder team collaboration.
    • Measure and Report on Impact: Develop dashboards to track progress toward product goals and ensure accountability.
    • Enable Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and share best practices to evolve how product teams collaborate.

What You Bring

  • 5-7 years of experience in product management, program management, or customer experience roles within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills—capable of conveying complex information simply and ensuring team alignment.
  • Proficient in collecting and synthesizing customer insights for decision-making.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and create structure in dynamic settings.
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to connecting people and ensuring follow-through.
  • A genuine curiosity about team dynamics and a passion for process optimization.

The estimated total cash compensation for this position ranges from $96,000 to $120,000 USD.
