Your Key Responsibilities

• Support client engagements through daily interactions, ensuring quality work products and timely delivery of services.
• Continuously enhance your technical knowledge by staying updated on trends, developments, and legislation impacting our clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Proficient in complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts, and capable of effectively applying this knowledge to client situations.
• Deliver high-quality tax advice that exceeds client expectations through timely and responsive services.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for additional services.
• Develop effective approaches to clients' tax situations, arriving at sound conclusions.
• Possess strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• A bachelor's degree along with a minimum of three years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry.
• A broad understanding of state and local taxation.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
• A willingness to travel as necessary and the ability to thrive in a balanced hybrid work environment.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• MBA or JD degrees.
• CPA or CMI designations.
• Experience in a professional services setting.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package reflecting your performance and the value you contribute to our business. The base salary ranges from $81,700 to $135,000 across the US, and from $98,100 to $153,500 in high-cost areas, such as the New York City Metro, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento). Salaries are determined by various factors including education, experience, skills, and geographic considerations.
