Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years in product management or similar technical roles.

• Demonstrated history of developing and launching enterprise-grade software.

• Ability to effectively engage with enterprise customers to balance their requirements, usability, compliance, and regulatory standards.

• Familiarity with Cloud Security Frameworks & Methodologies such as the Center for Internet Security, PCI, ISO, and others.

• Knowledge of Formal Methods & Programming Languages—advancing verification techniques or creating new languages/tooling for security-critical systems.

• Proven capability to transform complex technical concepts into customer-focused product designs and strategic priorities.

• Strong attention to detail with a track record of managing multiple priorities successfully.

• Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing both technical and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with security services/features from IaaS providers such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with formal verification, compilers, or new language development for high-assurance systems.

• Understanding of Host & Endpoint Protection, Kubernetes (OKE), and cloud-native security patterns.

• Experience with threat and vulnerability management (TVM) and various scanning tools suitable for enterprises and cloud clients.

Responsibilities

As part of the product development team, you will define and design significant changes to existing solution architectures. You will collaborate with customers and partners to outline product needs and work closely with engineering to refine roadmaps, integration, and deployment plans. Your ability to assess trade-offs will be crucial for optimizing customer experiences, reducing time-to-market, and clarifying team roles and responsibilities. You will thrive in a dynamic and ambitious environment, capable of creating high-level strategic initiatives while also being ready to take hands-on action to meet objectives. Maturity, strong business judgment, a customer-first mindset, negotiation skills, and analytical talent will be vital for success in this role.

The expected hiring compensation for this role varies between $82,500 and $199,500 annually. You may also be eligible for bonuses and equity options.
