Job Overview

As the Vice President of Regional Sales, you will lead our talented sales team, driving profitable growth and aligning our initiatives with Renaissance's strategic goals. You'll be a key player in guiding your team through change while maximizing engagement and minimizing disruption. Your leadership will be instrumental in accurately forecasting opportunities to align with our broader business objectives.

This role requires significant travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Foster a productive sales culture, enhance teamwork, and motivate team members to achieve their best while focusing on both individual and collective success.
  • Talent Development: Implement an effective recruiting strategy to attract top talent, oversee onboarding, and cultivate a high-performance team.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to develop team members, fostering a positive environment and encouraging collaboration.
  • Strategic Execution: Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, ensuring alignment in achieving business objectives.
  • Account Management: Drive coordinated account planning and prioritize efforts to maximize account potential.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure proactive management of opportunity pipelines to maximize success.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Leverage marketing resources and develop relevant content to enhance sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of success in field sales.
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role with proven success in achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of K-12 markets and educational technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience selling educational technology products.
  • Prior leadership experience in education.
  • Proven problem-solving skills in unstructured situations.

Salary Range: The base range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000, based on national market data and may vary by experience and location. This does not include the variable components for total target compensation.
