We have some upcoming projects that require expertise in simplifying workflows with complex requirements and wireframing support. You need to be familiar with tools for:

- Wireframing and Prototyping: Axure, Invision, JustinMind, Balsamic

- UI: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

- Project Collaboration and Task Management: Google Docs, Basecamp, Asana, Teamwork

TO be considered, we will need to see a portfolio of your wireframing and workflow abilities and will want to understand how you think about and solve complex problems.

1. Tell us about your most recent project - what were the requirements & UX challenges you had to solve? In your answer, we want to know things like: What was your process for solving them? Who did you work with to solve those problems? How long did it take? What tools did you use? What were your deliverables?
2. Tell us about the most difficult problem you've had to solve.
3. Tell us about your most difficult UX challenge. What was it and how were you able to resolve it?
4. Tell us about your process for designing a workflow and developing wireframes. Who do you interact with in meeting your deliverables? What do you need and how long does each iteration take?
5. Tell us about your experience working with teams. What did you find most challenging? Most helpful? Who were your teammates and how did you collaborate?
