First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Collection Representative to join our Loan Recovery Department Team. In this key role, you will be collecting money on written-off loans and miscellaneous losses, including all types of commercial and consumer loans, real estate accounts, Firstline accounts, overdrafts, Yes Checks, and MasterCard and Visa accounts.

Compensation:

The hourly salary range for this role is: $17.00 - $24.50/hour; commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Associate's degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience required
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Experience in collections preferred
• 1 year of experience in banking, collections or related field or equivalent experience required
• Proficient in the use of PC, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Able to type 40 wpm
• Able to communicate effectively
• Possess attention to detail
