The Hermès Ala Moana Boutique opened in 2003 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the Pacific West Region. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will work collaboratively with the Operations Director, Loss Prevention Manager, and Regional Facilities Manager for all overall maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of the boutique in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Associate are to aid in managing & coordinating contract cleaning services and maintenance vendors, in partnership with Operations & Facilities, and providing updates and reports where necessary. The Associate will be responsible for ensuring the boutique maintains a perfect and clean appearance throughout the store's operating hours. This includes cleanliness of shelving, display cases & windows, glass surfaces, restrooms, trash bins, team kitchen/bistro, break room, bar areas, refrigerators, and other common areas throughout the store. Additionally, the Maintenance Associate will aid in the coordination & setup/breakdown of equipment that may be required for special events.
The hourly range for this position is $26.54 to $29.33 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
