The Hermès Ala Moana Boutique opened in (2003 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the Pacific West Region. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will work collaboratively with the Operations Director, Loss Prevention Manager, and Regional Facilities Manager for all overall maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of the boutique in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
o 2+ years of relevant experience in facility and maintenance, preferably in a high‑end environment.
o High School Diploma
Physical Demands: Work requires frequent standing, walking and use of tools and cleaning equipment.
Working Conditions: Work may require overnight stays. Work can include long hours, weekends and holidays due to schedule restraints.
o Must be a self‑motivator. Must be an achiever. Must be accountable, responsible, and responsive. Must be willing to learn and grow professionally.
o This position requires the ability to multi‑task between the following, but not limited to: regular maintenance, emergency maintenance repairs, daily correspondence with stores and vendors, etc.
o Must be able to work alone, ability to work independently with hands‑on experience and know‑how.
o Must be able to communicate with email and Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word.
Work requires frequent bending, reaching and occasional lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Work is subject to telephone and personal contact with supervisor and employees, store specialists, outside maintenance vendors. Work requires good manual dexterity and eye to hand coordination. Proper attire is required at all times.
The hourly range for this position is $26.54 to $29.33 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
