-Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs: carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, electrical and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).
Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, vendors, customers, etc. Involves constant movement, standing, walking, bending, able to stretch during shifts Able to lift, press, push, pull, carry a minimum of 60lbs up to 75lbs
Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed as necessary.
Ability to driver a golf cart on premises
Access confined spaces measuring approximately 18 inches x 24 inches.
Create and maintain work orders
Create and maintain purchase orders
Perform any additional maintenance related duties as required by HBM supervisor/property management
-Skills/Qualifications:
Must pass background check
High school diploma/GED preferred
Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule
General preventative maintenance experience is preferred (Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, masonry, painting and/or drywall)
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
Must have good public relations skills and communication
Customer service oriented
Strong organizational skills
Applicants must perform basic manual labor, clean common areas, frequently lift, push, press, pull, carry a minimum of 60lbs (up to 75lbs), be able to reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk, walk up and down a stairway, climb up a 15ft vertical ladder, conduct a thorough walk-through of the entire property and navigate the ceiling crawl spaces, and stand throughout their shift.

-Schedule: Sunday to Thursday: 6:30am - 3:00pm (subjective to emergencies: after hours, weekends and holidays)
-Compensation per hour: $19.40
