Care Professional II provides essential support to individuals who need assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to maintain their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This role involves hands-on help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, mobility, and other personal hygiene needs. The Care Professional II also assists with feeding, meal preparation, and monitoring nutritional habits, managing cleanup, and providing reminders for oral medications and hydration, while helping maintain a clean and organized home through light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes. Additional responsibilities include offering companionship, engaging clients in conversation or activities, and supporting emotional well-being. The role also requires driving clients to the grocery store, medical appointments, and other necessary errands. Accurate documentation of services provided and prompt communication regarding changes in the client's condition are essential parts of the role, ensuring continuity of care and client safety.
