Salary Range: $60/hr to $75/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in land acquisition, development, or related fields.
• Ensure clear and robust output of the Site Due Diligence (SDD) process.
• Familiarity with environmental and community research processes.
• Understanding of legal and financial aspects related to site acquisition.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate across key parties such as Land Acquisition, Construction, Engineering, and more.
• Ensure clear and robust output of the Site Due Diligence (SDD) process.
• Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
