Key Responsibilities
Primavera P6 Scheduler
Schedule Creation and Management
Build initial project schedules in Primavera P6
Include governed milestones and gates
Include detailed activities (when required)
Manage Project Schedules
Conduct schedule variance analysis between current schedule and baseline
Monitor construction progress and revise current schedule in accordance with changes, delays, or accelerations
Progress schedule through milestone-based governance (senior management approval of schedule progression)
Analytics
Run analytics reports documenting schedule related risks & variances
Proficient in Microsoft applications and able to run reports in Excel, and manipulate associated dashboards and databases
Able to use Power BI reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
P6 experience in construction industry projects, preferably utility
Demonstrated understanding of construction project life-cycle as it pertains to schedules:
Baselines, milestones, governing project changes
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft applications and working knowledge of Power BI
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Experience Level
3 years' experience in construction project scheduler role
Utility experience preferred, construction industry experience a must
Location and Work Environment
Located in the vibrant city of Allentown, PA, this position offers a dynamic work environment with a remote hybrid model (2 to 3 days per week in the office, possibly Tuesday through Thursday mandatory). Enjoy the balance of remote work and in-office collaboration.
