Join Oracle's Global Physical Security (GPS) Systems Team, where our mission is to ensure the security of the company's global datacenter and facility infrastructure using cutting-edge Physical Access and Identity Management technologies. We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive the development and enhancement of Oracle's Rack Level Protection platforms, which are essential for protecting both physical and digital assets within our data centers.

As the platform owner, you will create and manage the global strategy for rack-level access control systems and sensors, guarantee their seamless integration into monitoring systems, and uphold compliance with Oracle's internal standards and external regulations. Work collaboratively with data center engineering teams, vendors, compliance professionals, and security operations to ensure robust and reliable protection within Oracle's expansive global presence.

Responsibilities

Scope of Responsibility: As the key technical authority for rack-level security, you will have the autonomy to set and execute strategic initiatives, develop roadmaps, and oversee the entire product lifecycle. Your choices will significantly impact Oracle's security, compliance, and operational integrity across critical data center sites.

• Establish and promote standards for all rack-level security devices and processes.

• Advise on policies and strategies for scalable deployment and monitoring models.

• Provide high-level visibility into risks and compliance matters.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including GPS, data center, and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the global strategy and technical roadmap for rack-level security systems.

• Lead integration efforts of rack-level security devices with physical access management and environmental monitoring systems to enhance automated reporting and alerting.

• Oversee global deployments, ensuring consistent implementation and support with regional teams and vendors.

• Implement automated monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high reliability and quick incident response.

• Ensure that rack-level security protocols comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze incident data to identify trends and drive improvements in operations.

• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to enhance security outcomes.

• Create and maintain documentation related to device standards, installation guides, and compliance records.

• Track and report performance metrics such as system uptime and incident response times.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Security, Information Systems, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience managing programs or products in critical infrastructure, particularly in physical security and rack-level protection.

• Hands-on experience with rack-level security technologies and their integration into enterprise systems.

• Strong networking skills.

• Certification: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or comparable certification required.

• In-depth understanding of regulations affecting data center security, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

• Experience in managing vendor relationships.

• Familiarity with security analytics and operational reporting platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure services and remote management protocols.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders effectively.

• Proven ability to enhance processes and improve system reliability.

Salary Range: USD $78,000 - $158,200 per annum. Eligible for bonuses and equity.
