As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post. What You'll Do:
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including participating in emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting with resolution as appropriate.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior, adapting to the unique environment of a chemical and petrochemical location.
+ Monitor for potential hazards or unusual conditions during patrols and promptly report findings according to site protocols.
+ Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and site leadership.
+ Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.
Minimum Requirements:
+ A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
