The listed pay range represents the companys good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base rate of pay for this position at the time of this posting. The selected candidates compensation will be determined based on their work location, qualifications, relevant experience, operational needs, demonstrated performance over time, and internal pay alignment./ppWe are proud to offer industry leading compensation, comprehensive benefits including access to health, vision and dental insurance, 401(k) match with additional profit sharing, PTO, and abundant career opportunities./ph2Position Summary/h2pResponsible for all terminal activities related to the receipt, storage, and disposition of customers products./ph2Experience Qualifications/h2p5 to 8+ years of experience in product movement and/or operations/ppSafety and hazard training, including spill response for pipeline and marine operations (preferred)/ppSupervisory or management experience working with customers/ppStrong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel/ppCertification or formal training in mechanics (preferred)/ppExcellent verbal and written communication skills/ppStrong attention to detail with the ability to independently verify work for accuracy/ppStrong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and schedules/ppAbility to work effectively in stressful situations and manage multiple tasks/ppAbility to independently perform job responsibilities with limited supervision/ppAbility to take direction from supervisors/ppKnowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/ph2Major Accountabilities/h2pMaintain safety, environmental compliance, and operational integrity related to the receipt and storage of customer products across multiple transportation methods./ppSupervise employees and ensure fair, consistent task assignments./ppTrain and develop department personnel./ppPerform daily physical inspections and prepare equipment and operations status reports./ppOperate equipment required for daily operations and conduct laboratory analyses./ppPrepare daily and monthly reports, material requisitions, and service requisitions./ppEvaluate employees daily activities and support performance reviews./ppDeliver daily, weekly, and annual reports to management, internal departments, and customers in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements./ppEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations./ppReduce risks to public safety and the environment while minimizing company liability through efficient product movement./ph2Education Requirement/h2pThe position requires a high school diploma or equivalent./ph2Physical Demands/h2pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, and reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
