A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for appointment scheduling and health assessments
• Assist patients with benefits and insurance information while conducting surveys
• Provide empathetic support to enhance patients' healthcare experiences

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
