As a Junior Product Support Planner, you will assist with automating report analysis and creation, creating support process documentation, building form templates and automation. You perform data analysis and Software and Hardware lifecycle management. The candidate will build experience in end-to-end support, including automated / self-service software release processes, provisioning, delivery, and distribution. You are required to have both strong technical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build forms and workflows in SharePoint for multiple level approval processes.
  • Automate pareto charts from data analysis.
  • Create standard templates and checklists in AHA, Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Build reports from JIRA projects with cross reference to customer cases.
  • Process and manage SW availability.
  • Ability to maintain and prioritize based on business value and ongoing list of requirements.
  • Process service extensions and identify and track risks.
  • Create support process, product knowledge and technical specs and design documentation.
  • Shadow Senior Product Support Managers to learn the release cycle with the goal to self-drive supportability requirements for Teradata various products and programs within a year of onboarding.

You will work directly with the Support Product Management team along with Go to Market, Product Management, Engineering, Pricing and Customer experience teams.

A qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or electronics technology discipline.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of AHA.
  • Knowledge of creating macros and charting in Excel.
  • Knowledge of OS systems and CVE procedures.
