Join us as a Furniture Assembly Specialist with SFS.

This is an exciting part-time opportunity, offering ongoing assembly work for both in-store (national office supply chain) and in-home furniture setups. As an Independent Contractor with SFS, Inc., you will assemble Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) furniture. Additionally, there are prospects for those skilled in installing TV wall mounts, gas grills, sporting goods, bicycles, and display racks.

Overview

This independent contractor role provides you with flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose when and how much you work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products accurately according to detailed client instructions.
• Interpret plan-o-grams and carry out customized category resets independently, when needed.
• Report completion of client work on the same day as service.
• Utilize merchandising and/or commercial assembly experience.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand or bend for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in merchandising and/or commercial furniture assembly.
• Ability to follow and interpret written instructions effectively.
• Familiarity with plan-o-grams and performing resets.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to bend and stand for prolonged periods.
• Access to the internet and an active email account.
• Reliable transportation, with some travel required.
• Must own personal tools.
