divh2Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst/h2pWe are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantirs implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantirs current and prospective user bases. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers continued success. Come help solve the worlds hardest problems!/ppCore Responsibilities:/pulliProvide desk-side training to analysts./liliTrain analysts/operators in a classroom setting./liliStaff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues./liliProvide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product./li/ulpWhat We Value:/pulliExperience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations./liliTechnical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel as well hardware, networks, and server administration./liliPrior experience with Palantir Gotham required.
