Under the general direction of the Executive Assistant, performs a variety of duties including stocking, receiving, storing, and issuing office, medical and other supplies based on need and usage. Maintains inventory, checks shelves and reorders supplies and ensures proper handling of clinical supplies as required. Completes data entry, word processing, creating, and maintaining documents, records, and files; distributes data and materials required for reports and special projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Certification and Licensure:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in business or healthcare related field preferred.
Experience:
