Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to manage the procedural compliance of our tool crib and wire rooms. The ideal candidate will be familiar with trade tools and processes, inventory control, and have the ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain procedural compliance in tool crib/wire rooms.
  • Manage weld wire issue, return, and scrap processes.
  • Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and order tooling and consumables.
  • Establish an ECC, train and qualify personnel.
  • Coordinate with management and other logistics analysts for strong manufacturing support.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively to meet organizational goals.
  • Handle and lift heavy items safely.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Essential Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years experience in tool crib/wire room
  • Proficiency with computers and various programs (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, ATICTS)
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Strong commitment to safety

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Vocational, Technical, and Community College or Apprentice Programs
  • Experience in EB and/or Naval Shipyard environment
  • Warehousing/inventory management experience
  • ECC experience including tool inspection and maintenance
  • Military/Navy logistical experience

Work Environment

Work within a tool room environment. This role may require shift work and emergent overtime, and the ability to handle heavy items safely. Dress code is not specified.

This is a Permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
