$20.00 - $26.00 Hourly**
The Language Arts Tutor is responsible for ensuring the educational quality of the program and implementing the academic portion of the program model. Using the provided curriculum and strategies aligned to each schools in-class instruction methods, Language Arts Tutors must provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment consistent with the program model and goals and ensure the academic success of students. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to take on leadership roles, mentor junior staff members, and contribute to the development of our program. Language Arts Tutors report directly to the Site Coordinator.

All 21CCLC positions are dependent on the availability of funds and continuation of the 21CCLC contract. The current contract provides programming for the following three school years (2025-2026, 2026-2027, and 2027-2028) with the possibility of extension for an additional two years (2028-2029 and 2029-2030).
