We are a local family business that has been operating in the islands for 40 years and employs about 170 employees. The Art Source, Inc. has three sister companies - Pictures Plus, Plus Interiors & CocoNene. We make products for the home locally here in Hawai'i, in our Manufacturing Facility in Kapolei, and service our customers through our retail locations throughout the Hawaiian Islands. We are paying $17-20/h for a full-time Inventory Associate to assist in maintaining inventory in our Distribution Center, where we house the home decor, gifts and souvenirs we manufacture. There is the potential to earn more after 90 days of successfully performing in the position and opportunity to grow over time through employee profit-sharing. Employee benefits include: medical coverage, 401K, paid time off (12-20 days/year based on tenure) and an employee discount (25% across all three brands). We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, enjoy being productive & working with their hands, and like working on a team. Responsibilities:

- Complete weekly accurate inventory counts

- Maintaining and organizing inventory

- Packing out orders

- Work in a fast-paced environment

- Help produce work orders to specs with quality and attention to detail, according to deadlines

- Work in a team environment

Requirements:

- High School graduate or equivalent

- Reliability

- Ability to stand on feet for 8h a day

- Ability to lift 50lbs or more, preferred

- Computer skills, preferred

- Good mathematical knowledge

- Attention to detail

- Experience in inventory or a distribution center, preferred

- Willingness to learn & grow, positive attitude

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule: M-F

- 8am-4pm, we can be flexible
