HDR has an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced industry professional to serve in a leadership position as our Western Region Construction Field Services (CFS) Leader.
In this role, you will report to the Construction Field Services Director and work alongside the Field Office Principals and Area Leads to provide technical oversight and support staff resources for projects across all the offices within the region. Coordination with the Construction Field Services Business Group Leads, who serve as the technical delivery leads across their respective business groups and market sectors, will be a key component in the job. This position will also support the continued career development of our delivery staff and closely collaborate with HDR's Professional Services Directors to implement the various Business Groups' technical, career growth and quality initiatives.
In addition to your primary responsibilities as summarized below, the individual will be responsible for collaborating on technical delivery for cross-business group opportunities. The role also plays an important part in recruiting efforts aimed at attracting and retaining eminent talent for our programs across the organization.
