Leads the Financial Reporting team in providing accurate, relevant and timely financial information to various internal and external users. Possesses and uses thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, banking regulatory reporting requirements and SEC reporting requirements and is actively involved in determining the proper accounting and reporting treatment of all Bank activities. Major Job Accountabilities. Responsible for oversight of the Bank's financial information, ensuring that it is in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory Financial information includes, but is not limited to, Bank's Management reports, the Bank's Board of Director's reports, Audit Committee reports, Call Report and the Bank's audited financial statements.
