About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MSP Project Technical Business Analyst with a strong background supporting enterprise-level vendor management systems (VMS). In this role, you will partner closely with project teams, clients, and technical stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support VMS platforms within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This is a highly collaborative role requiring both business acumen and deep technical capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical and functional liaison between business stakeholders, MSP operations, and IT teams.
• Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, and Magnit.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, workflows, and system configurations.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, gap analysis, impact assessments, and technical documentation.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and validation activities to support system changes, integrations, and ongoing operations.
• Partner with technical teams to support integrations (API, SSO, data feeds) between VMS platforms and enterprise systems.
• Support testing activities including test planning, test case development, UAT coordination, and defect resolution.
• Assist in project planning, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for VMS applications and project-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system usage, process efficiency, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Ensure adherence to all current legislative requirements
• Demonstrate a commitment to own data integrity, maintaining a high standard of knowledge and user expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting system integrations using APIs, data feeds, or middleware.
• Prior involvement in system migrations, enterprise implementations, or multi-platform environments.
• Project management experience (formal or informal).
• Technical certifications or training related to any VMS platform.
