Project:
The MA LTSS rebid requirements involved developing a set of dashboard reports for self service analytics. This has been a new capability introduced as part of this rebid. The business users are new to this capability and there is tremendous amount of work / lift needed to educate the users and ensure we meet the 5-10 dashboards needed to meet the SLA.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with NJ State users and Optum team members to understand business need and analyze requirements
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and work with the lead to prioritize work to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Work independently with little to no supervision by seeking guidance on work priority and dedication to client success.
• Collaborate with other Data Analysts / Business analysts to understand reporting needs and be a self-starter to accomplish objectives.
• Review and provide feedback on reporting requirements, either created internally or externally, for feasibility, gaps in requirements, and overall business value.

Ideal Background: Experience with LTSS data and reporting

Required:

• 5-10 years experience with Tableau
• 10 years with SQL 10 software development experience
• SQL Tableau development
• Data Warehousing knowledge
• Experience with LTSS data and reporting
