Description:
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP), Oracle EBS, and JD Edwards (JDE).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ implementation and integration.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, middleware, and data synchronization across platforms.
- Solid experience in Agile Project Management, including working with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive consensus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) preferred.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Magento is a plus.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
