Description:
- 8+ years of experience in Setup, configure, and support internal IT systems.
- Extensive Red Hat Linux v5, v6 & v7 troubleshooting and performance tuning experience
- Develop & maintains systems, applications, security, and network configurations
- Extensive Experience with VMware Virtualization
- Troubleshoot network & systems performance issues
- Administration of RedHat Satellite, RHCS file server cluster service (RHEL HA (GFS/RHCS))
- Custom PAM configurations and manage encrypted LVM file systems
- Design, deployment and integration of Windows Server operating system 2003, 2008, 2008-R2, 2012-R2 & 2016 in an
- Experience supporting Red Hat Linux and Windows
- Experience with shell scripting, or any other high level languages scripting such as AWK, Perl, Python, or Ruby
- Knowledge of PCI and SOX compliance issues
- Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the physical and virtualized global lab environments (currently using VMWare vSphere)
- Monitor, administer and support all server and storage platforms across the Enterprise - 1000+ servers
- General understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Mail server messaging
