- SAP Delivery Led Growth - Work with VBU Delivery Teams and cross sell for new SAP Opportunities.
- Program Governance and Recovery Plan for Escalated Accounts
- SAP Competency management ( SAP Certification , Cross Skilling , SAP Project and Program Management )
- SAP HBU delivery reviews along with VBU delivery teams.
- SAP Talent Supply Chain ( Open demand fulfilment , bench management and nett adds )
- Work with SAP Solution Teams for developing accelerators and offerings ( Implementation , Rollout , Migration to Cloud , SAP Dev Ops )
