Description
Our client is a consulting firm that specializes in retirement plan design and administration. They are looking for individuals to join the established DB/DC administration team. They are looking for experienced folks, but also open to entry level candidates who are willing and eager to learn the pension administration space. They have multiple positions open and are looking for administrators to senior administrators. Salary range can be anywhere from 70-120K depending on experience levels.
Responsibilities will include the following:
• Maintaining caseload of DB and/or DC plans
• Interacting with clients
• Full TPA servicing (contribution calculations/compliance testing/valuations/benefit calculations/government filings/general consulting/etc.)
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• 3+ years of DC and/or DB experience (open to individuals who are pursuing the actuarial track as well as those who are more administrative).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
They would love finding someone with DB and DC experience in A-Z administration (documents, testing, 5500s, client facing).
