Under the general direction of the Executive Assistant, performs a variety of duties including stocking, receiving, storing, and issuing office, medical and other supplies based on need and usage.
Maintains inventory, checks shelves and reorders supplies and ensures proper handling of clinical supplies as required.
Completes data entry, word processing, creating, and maintaining documents, records, and files; distributes data and materials required for reports and special projects.
Sitting, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking.
Constant: reaching above, at and below shoulders; repetitive arm/hand motion and frequent gripping of objects.
Frequent: standing, walking, stooping/bending, and twisting body.
Occasional: lifting and carrying weight up to 35 pounds, pushing/pulling 3.5 pounds of force.
Not subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate's degree in business or healthcare related field preferred.
Prior office experience, answering telephones, operating office equipment, and contact with people.
Experience to demonstrate:
o Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
o Ability to operate various office equipment such as computers, calculator, copier facsimile, shredder, and postage machine.
Working in healthcare office preferred.
