Morning shift: 6:00?am??2:30?pm
Afternoon shift: 2:00?pm??10:30?pm

Position Overview

CNA/NA, nursing and pre?medical students with clinical experience welcome.

Required Skills

Ability to work with and relate to patients with substance abuse disorders, including dually diagnosed, co?morbidity conditions; comfortable working with the legally encumbered population.

Essential Functions

1. Monitors patients taking medication and the maintenance of the Medication Log.
2. Documentation and maintenance of patient chart and electronic records.
3. Consults with and reports to RN/APRN or Medical Director regarding patient conditions and need of medical attention.
4. Arranges for patient transportation for emergency medical care as directed by medical staff.
5. Escorts patients to exam rooms, interviews patients, measures vital signs and documents all information in patients chart.
6. Provides emergency transportation if necessary.

Education, Experience and Training

1. Current MA Certification preferred.
2. CPR and first aid certified.
3. Valid drivers license with clean abstract preferred.
