The Program Security Representative (PSR) will serve as the primary security liaison for programs housed at the Honolulu Facility. The PSR applies established security processes to ensure compliance with all government regulations governing the protection of classified material. This role operates both independently and as part of a team to support contractual security requirements, manage clearances, facilitate customer visits, maintain accountability for sensitive items, create identification badges, and support facility security meetings.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:
• Regulatory Compliance - Implement and maintain security procedures that meet DoD, NISPOM/32 CFR, and other applicable regulations.
• Customer Visits - Coordinate external visitors, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and compliance with security protocols.
• Asset Accountability - Maintain accountability logs for material and conduct periodic inventories and audits.
• Badge Issuance - Create, issue, and deactivate identification badges and access cards in accordance with security policy.
• Team Collaboration - Work closely with program managers, engineering leads, and the Facility Security Office to integrate security requirements into program execution.
• Incident Response - Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions.
• Training & Awareness - Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.
• Knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR, and related government security regulations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to Work Remotely:Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400 - $101,200. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
