job summary:
We are seeking a Knowledge Intelligence Partner to help drive an AI-powered HR knowledge management program. In this role, you will organize and maintain HR documentation and resources, leveraging AI tools to automate content tagging, improve searchability, and identify content gaps. You will support various teams by creating templates, guides, and process documentation, and provide the necessary training to help employees maximize the value of our intelligent knowledge systems.

Your work will ensure that our knowledge management ecosystem is efficient, scalable, and rooted in ethical AI practices, making it easier for a global workforce to find and utilize critical information. Success in this role requires strong initiative, relentless attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a high-velocity, fast-paced environment.

responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain knowledge repositories and comprehensive documentation.
  • Enable teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance by providing frameworks and training for content audit and update processes.
  • Support the creation of standard templates, guides, and process documentation.
  • Assist in migrating and organizing content across various internal platforms.
  • Tag and categorize content using established taxonomies and metadata standards to optimize AI discovery.
  • Generate usage reports to identify documentation gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Respond to knowledge requests and assist employees in locating complex HR resources.
  • Track knowledge management projects from initiation through completion, developing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and provide program updates.
  • Manage workflows for content review and approval processes, tracking action items to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Create project status reports and high-fidelity presentations for leadership.

qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Communications, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in project or program management within operations, Learning & Development (L&D), or communications.

- 2+ years of experience in knowledge intelligence, knowledge management, content management, or documentation.

- Proficiency in learning new knowledge management systems, AI tools, and collaboration platforms.

- Exceptional organizational skills and a focus on "minimal double-touching" (high-quality initial deliverables).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.

- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong commitment to ethical AI practices and data privacy in HR content management.

- Familiarity with HR processes, terminology, and compliance standards.

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, "Big Tech" or enterprise-scale environment.

- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and project management software.

- A customer-service mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

- Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to know when to escalate issues versus reporting status updates.
