Technician Assistant Property Damage Restoration (Paid Training, No Experience Required)

PuroClean Hawaii is hiring Technician Assistants to support our 24-hour emergency property damage restoration team, responding to water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses across O?ahu. No experience required paid training provided.

PuroClean is more than just water mitigation.

We specialize in full property damage restoration, including:

• Water damage & flooding
• Fire & smoke damage
• Mold remediation
• Biohazard & trauma cleanup

We are a 24-hour emergency response company, which means some nights, weekends, and on-call rotations are required on-call schedules are posted one month in advance.

$18/hr during paid training (46 weeks)

Training includes hands-on field work and classroom learning

Paid IICRC Certifications (required for this career field)

Technician Assistant ? Technician in 46 months

Technician ? Lead Technician within ~12 months

Supervisor opportunity within ~3 years

Promotions include pay increases and bonus eligibility.

Assist with water, fire, mold, and biohazard remediation

Set up, monitor, and remove professional drying and remediation equipment

Load, prep, and maintain company vans and equipment

Perform demolition and material removal when required

Take photos and job notes using mobile software

Communicate professionally with customers during stressful situations

Maintain warehouse and equipment cleanliness

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver's license
