Full Time Guestroom Attendant Self Inspector

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Full Time Guestroom Attendant Self Inspector who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Guestroom Attendant Self Inspector reports to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping and is responsible for the cleaning of all guest rooms & suites, which includes bathrooms, bedrooms, living space, balconies and in some cases, pantries and kitchens. In addition the self inspecting room attendant will be responsible for releasing their rooms to vacant clean inspected in the system.

We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player, and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What You Will Do

• Clean a set number of rooms to clean during a shift.
• Removes dirty towels and sheets, then replace with clean ones.
• Makes beds, vacuums, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of guest room.
• Restocks amenities such as shampoos, lotions, & cotton balls.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with coworkers & supervisors.

What You Bring

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, & kneel throughout duration of shift.
