We're seeking an Operations Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii to oversee all construction operations and ensure projects are delivered with exceptional quality and financial results.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all construction operational activities from preconstruction through closeout
• Support project managers and field teams to ensure consistent project execution
• Monitor project performance including schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects to maximize efficiency and utilization
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident work environment
• Review project financials and identify opportunities to improve margins
• Resolve operational challenges and remove barriers to project success
• Develop and mentor operations staff to build bench strength and succession planning
• Collaborate with estimating and business development on project pursuits and transitions
Requirements
Must-Haves
• 8+ years of experience in construction operations or project management
• Proven track record managing multiple commercial mechanical or HVAC projects
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and resource management
• Experience leading and developing project management teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience in the Honolulu or Hawaii construction market
• Background in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction
• Familiarity with construction management software and project controls
