As a Benefits Specialist, you will join our team of enthusiastic human resource professionals dedicated to recruiting and retaining a talented and diverse workforce for Hawaii Pacific Health. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of benefit programs and assisting employees with questions regarding benefit plans, costs and procedures. We are looking for someone competent and responsible, with strong communication and customer service skills and a commitment to helping our organization deliver the highest quality health care to Hawaiis people.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Six (6) months experience in a Human Resources department.
Preferred Qualifications: Working experience and understanding of regulations and types of leaves mandated under Federal and State leave laws. Bachelors degree with specific experience in the benefits area. Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
