Receptionist/Admin Support

Bishop & Company is seeking a receptionist to assist with administrative support at a dealership in Honolulu. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer serviceskills and enjoy working with people. Looking for an immediate start!

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Offer beverages – coffee/water/tea
  • Enter customer information into the computer system
  • Print documents for sales consultants
  • Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate party
  • Log vehicles into the computer tracking system

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Typing 35 wpm
  • Strong communication and customer relations skills

Additional Information:
  • Duration: 1-2 months with possible extension
  • Onsite, FT, M-F 9am-6pm with lunch break
  • Pay rate: $17/hr
  • Location: Honolulu, 96813
  • Parking: Provided
