Bishop & Company is seeking a receptionist to assist with administrative support at a dealership in Honolulu. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer serviceskills and enjoy working with people. Looking for an immediate start!
Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers
Offer beverages – coffee/water/tea
Enter customer information into the computer system
Print documents for sales consultants
Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate party
Log vehicles into the computer tracking system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
Typing 35 wpm
Strong communication and customer relations skills
Additional Information:
Duration: 1-2 months with possible extension
Onsite, FT, M-F 9am-6pm with lunch break
Pay rate: $17/hr
Location: Honolulu, 96813
