Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to lead revenue and customer growth across the Dallas region. For this role, you will need knowledge of manufacturing environments, ideally in signage and graphics, packaging or print.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage direct accounts and partner relationships across your territory.
  • Collaborate with application pre-sales experts to create tailored customer proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and account data using Salesforce.
  • Execute territory plans and communicate progress regularly with the Sales Director.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience in capital equipment, software, or services is required; print and packaging industry experience is an advantage
  • Experience selling into graphic arts, packaging, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and ROI-driven sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CNC cutting solutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent by experience
