Job Title: IT Services Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Services Technician to support our workstation team in maintaining and troubleshooting our Audio Visual (AV) environments, including installation, maintenance, and staff training. This role involves providing Tier 2 support, advanced troubleshooting, and managing IT hardware devices such as networked printers and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AV systems and equipment.
• Provide support for computer systems, specialized software, and IT hardware.
• Offer advanced troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Install, configure, and support AV and IT equipment.
• Manage service desk tickets and perform advanced problem-solving.
• Coordinate and execute IT-related projects.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and records of support calls.
• Train staff on the use of AV and IT equipment.
• Support for iPhone and Android devices as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows OS, Office suite, Outlook).
• Proficient in computer software, hardware, and network environments.
• Skilled in installing and supporting AV equipment (projectors, LCD monitors, video conferencing).
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with various database technologies and analytics tools.
