As part of the Experience Design team, Content Design is responsible for creating data-informed content for the brands' digital experiences. Content designers partner with UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and others to create user-centered experiences for people and businesses around the world. We're a passionate and energetic group that creatively solves problems and values collaboration and diverse opinions.
Responsibilities in this role include:
• Plan and write UX content for web experiences.
• Use data-driven insights about experience gaps and customer pain points to brainstorm and build proposed experience solutions.
• Drive the definition of a clear and actionable strategic direction for content in this problem/solution space.
• Coordinate and advise content designers on other teams to share context and clarity you've gleaned from customer research.
• Use data and research to evaluate your content's impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows tangible results.
• Present your design solutions and rationale to leadership (director-level+).
• Collaborate with Design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone.
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience as a content design, UX Writer, or content strategist.
• Excellent writing and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and tone guidelines.
• At ease managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually, and collaborating across teams.
• Experience in financial services, payments, crypto currency, B2B or B2C e-commerce is preferred.
