Job Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Digital Media Operations Manager to step in and keep our global digital marketing campaigns running smoothly during a maternity leave coverage period. You'll play a key role in digital planning, budget management, and process improvements-while leading two contractors and collaborating with teams across marketing, finance, and procurement.

What You'll Bring:
8+ years in digital marketing, media operations, or project management.
Strong background in budget management, media buying, and campaign execution.
Experience working with media agencies, creative teams, and global stakeholders.
Process-driven mindset-able to document and streamline complex workflows.
Expert in sana, Google Sheets/Excel (managing complex spreadsheets is second nature).
Skilled at project planning, adapting timelines, and keeping teams aligned.
Your Key Responsibilities: Project & Process Leadership:
Drive high-priority digital marketing initiatives.
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and campaign scalability.
Support digital operations specialists and agency partners.
Budget & Planning:
Lead half-year and quarterly media planning for Brand & Demand campaigns.
Partner with finance on budget forecasting, approvals, and reconciliations.
Work with procurement/legal on vendor contracts and purchase orders.
Campaign & Ad Operations:
Oversee media planning and execution (digital, print, OOH) with creative and marketing teams.
Improve brand campaign processes with cross-functional partners.
Manage ad tech requests and tracking setups as needed.
