General Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming breast pump and supply orders/resupply orders to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of products to patients.
- Patient contact regarding their order
- Sales order creation
- Email follow up
- Text communications
Ideal Candidates: - Possess excellent customer service skills
- Be able to work both independently and with a team
- Be friendly, compassionate, and reliable
- Ability to execute coordinated efforts in the interest of the common cause.
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
