Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch program
• Implement weekly PLACE lead generation systems
• Advise buyers, secure agreements, and identify properties
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
• Log tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses monthly
• Convert leads into appointments
• Attend weekly script practice and team activities
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Consult with sellers, secure listings, and market homes
• Apply expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services

Qualifications

• Self-driven sales pro with a friendly, competitive edge
• Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding the right solutions
• Skilled at prospecting and generating leads
• Comfortable handling objections with ease
• Clear and confident communicator who genuinely cares about helping others
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Holds a valid real estate license
• Has 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Open to learning and growing
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Open to practicing scripts and dialogues
• Manages time effectively and efficiently
