Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and implementation of a statewide IT project for the Division of Public Health. This role will oversee project execution, coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of the new solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Oversee scope, resources, risk, quality, and vendor deliverables.
• Coordinate change management, training, and rollout activities.
• Ensure compliance with State and PMBOK project standards.
• Serve as liaison between IT teams, business leaders, and vendors.

• Strong IT project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project tools (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience writing RFPs/RFQs and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex IT projects (cloud-based a plus)
