This position is mainly remote but may need to come onsite for occasional meetings, therefore resource must be located in Texas.

Duration: 3 - 6 months

Pay Rate: $22.86/hourly

Job Summary

Are you looking for an engaging role in the real estate industry? Our client is seeking an experienced Closer to provide support the entire real estate closing services as part of a production center, branch office or member of a title team.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the entire real estate closing process, including compliance with, lender instructions, balancing closing instructions, communication with the lender, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions.
• Balance, schedule, compile closing documents with lender and title packages.
• Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives.
• Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work.
• Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently.
• Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures.
• Communicates and explains complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others.
• Works under limited supervision, exercises time management, while meeting the goals and task assigned of all integrated workflow from the lender in a timely manner.
• Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of related work experience
• Proficient computer skills.
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
